One of the finest Motown bands outside of Detroit. DR. FEELGOOD & THE INTERNS OF LOVE are the nine best reasons to get up and move on over to the dance floor. Inspired by the 183 release of "The Blues Brothers", the band alms to entertain. Their dynamic horn section crackles with its tight arrangements and is fun to watch as "The Interns of Love dancers" perform their own highly stylized form of choreography. The rhythm section keeps the beat steady and makes dancers out of the most confirmed of toe-tappers. No soul band would be complete without vocalists who could tear the paint off the back walls -- and DR. FEELGOOD has three. Phillip "The Dancin' Doctor" Lenud is sure to cure whatever ails with both his singing and his dance moves and our own "Ladies of Soul", Janice Edwards and Jackie Bonaparte, sing leads that not only tear the paint off the walls, they rip the siding off the house.
